| Description: | Experienced DBA required to provide capacity analysis and performance issues with the client's Oracle database. The secondary role will be
to provide MS SQL support (of which there are 60 instances at
present). |
Job Requirements
| Skills: |
3-5 year's in-depth Oracle 7.3.4 with ideally, 8.1.5, 8.1.6 and 8.1.7
(although these later versions are not essential).
Ideally, this applicant should have a mainframe or mid-frame
background.
Applicant should have a software back end product support background
(such as working for Oracle itself or another software house) as the
depth of knowledge is more important than the industry experience.
